Wedding hotel Villa Beccaris

Sometimes things just happen by coincidence and we are super happy that this coincidence allowed us to photograph this wonderful boho wedding at the hotel Villa Beccaris.

Although this location is less than an hour from our house we had never been there and I must say that we loved it.
Hotel Villa Beccaris is a Boutique Hotel nestled in the hills of the Lakes within the municipality of Monforte D’Alba.

Getting married at the Villa Beccaris hotel also means having a wonderful cellar available with incredible wines and suggestive spaces. The cellar is where Kelly prepared himself, who once finished his preparation welcomed the guests.
When Kelly’s preparation was also over, the groom and all the guests sat down in the greenhouse to await the arrival of the bride.
Amy arrived radiant in her dress Rue De Seine of her who was divinely accompanied by her mother, her emotion was so intense.

Destination wedding at Hotel Villa Beccaris.

When Amy and Kelly contacted us about their wedding we thought they got the date wrong. About 3 weeks after their big day they were looking for the photographer as their American photographer could no longer fly from the United States to Italy.
Everything had already been organized and a week after our first contact they would have already flown to Europe to go first to Barcelona and then to the Cote d’Azur. After that their most important destination was missing their marriage.
From the first video call, we loved Amy and Kelly and decided we were going to be part of their wedding.

It was a Monday in September, exactly 6 September, and when we arrived at the Villa Beccaris hotel, Amy and Kelly were at the table with all their friends who had come from the United States for them.
In a pandemic era it is not entirely obvious that about fifty people fly so far but they were all there for them and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Immediately afterwards, Amy began preparing as the guests as well as the groom relaxed by the pool. All relaxed with a very casual setting everything was perfect.
In the meantime, the preparation of the ceremony inside the greenhouse was ready. The White Pepper Studio setups are always perfect as this time. It was a riot of Pampas, simple and beautifully boho.

Guess who was the officiant? He was Amy’s cousin, the bride. A wonderful and heartfelt symbolic ceremony. We particularly love symbolic ceremonies, when then to celebrate them is someone who knows the spouses there is perfection.

The ceremony took place in the late afternoon and followed by an aperitif served around the greenhouse of the Villa Beccaris hotel during sunset, could not have been better organized.

Wedding Party at Moda Restaurant – Monforte D’Alba

Once the ceremony and the aperitif were over, the reception was organized within walking distance of the hotel. The location is called Moda Venue and is a historic building in the historic center of Monforte D’Alba. It is a wonderful terrace overlooking the hills of the Langhe.

The bride and groom and guests enjoyed an aperitif with a view accompanied by a string quartet as live music.
To finish the evening dinner was served on the top floor of the villa where there are coffered ceilings and precious chandeliers.
But our time with Amy and Kelly didn’t end here because we had organized a wonderful adventure session as they wished in the Cinque Terre.

We leave you here a selection of the images of the wedding at Hotel Villa Beccaris in the Langhe.
