Elopement in Tabernas Almeria

This corner of the world from the first moment I saw it make me feel something inexplicable. There are many journeys, many panoramas and many landscapes that you would describe as stupendous but I must say that this is a place that has entered my heart since the first moment and since then I have only wanted to return.

The Desert of Tabernas is a unique, enchanting location, where a fantastic light always welcomes you. I don’t know if it was that I was lucky but I have been three times to do photo shoots and each time it has been able to amaze me in its own way.

At the time when Raquel and Sergio (of whom you can see the pre-wedding photo service in Cabo de Gata) told me about this place so important for them, where they wanted to seal their love in an intimate ceremony (elopement) I don’t have could hold back happiness!

Really!

I had already been in the Desert of Las Tabernas (Almeria) for a couple photo shoot. This time coming back for something so particular and intimate made me feel really lucky.

In a late afternoon of one of the first days of autumn we found ourselves in this corner of paradise. In this location took place the  symbolic ceremony . Raquel and Sergio exchanged promises, it was really emotional .

The warm light touched and wrapped their faces and their hugs, I could not have wished for more!

It is a very little known place despite being the largest desert in Europe and I must also say that selfishly I would never want this place to be besieged by mass tourism because it deserves to remain what it is and to be preserved in its entirety.

The emotions of that day I remember them as if it were now, the light was beautiful caressing their faces and they were beautiful and super excited.
