From the first moment Karla and Manuel contacted us several months ago, we had the feeling that the engagement photo shoot in Playa del Carmen would have been spectacular! In all honesty for me it would have been the first time in Riviera Maya while not for Josema.

Josema had already seen these Caribbean beaches but not only that, there is much more! There is a lot of history but also animals and nature, for example the magnificent Cenote.

As for Karla and Manuel you must know that she is Mexican but not originally from the coast, on the contrary Manuel comes from Spain. Several years ago he moved to Mexico, first to Mexico City and then to Playa del Carmen. Here at work (they both worked at the Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen) they met and fell in love.

So we got to today. Being together for 3 years Karla and Manu have decided to treat yourself to a romantic moment documented by a photo shoot. Unfortunately as you can see from the photos in recent years the Riviera Maya has been hit by the Sargazo plague, which is a seaweed that covers the beaches.

Couple photo session in Xpu-ha

Among the many beaches that can be found in this area, they have chosen that of Xpu-ha. It is a beautiful, somewhat hidden beach located on the famous road that runs along the sea from Cancun to Tulum. To be precise, it is located half an hour from Playa del Carmen going south. Once you arrive, you enter the forest and then you get to the beach, there is a private area and an area without sunbeds.

Initially we used the landscape with palm trees but as soon as the sun went down the colors of the sea and clouds gave us an unrivaled spectacle.
To conclude I have to tell you that it was a wonderful shooting. Karla and Manu immediately felt at ease and they started running and hugging each other. It was really beautiful and simple.
